Most of my friends and family hard working , soccer mom, basketball dad , health awareness among parents more . Even my friends - Parents lead busy lives and property are very very tight group as the food , had trouble finding the time to create meals that have two hours to prepare. Now take it to the next level with dietary restrictions , such as vegetables or vegetables only and only dairy free recipe and our resources is even more limited .

We started down this path because my stepmother , nicknamed Bubba by his grandchildren babies, was a strong advocate of fun and Vegan - ism for some time. But even before that, she was a vegetarian . While my husband and I are not willing to give up the eggs and fish, etc. , cholesterol of about 300 points a year ago has sent us on a trip on a healthy track.

A year later , Jason cholesterol is below 200 , it is much easier to handle than 280 ! Contributing factors are: exercises 2-3 times a week, take some natural herbs prescribed by our doctor and finally , our diet has changed. After only six weeks to lower your cholesterol by nearly 100 points .

We do not change for animal rights , but must be taken into account , but it was because the idea of losing my husband what we ate was ridiculous . We make this change because our health and those little things that helped ( and continue to help ) we eat better for life.
